We are pleased to announce that the vestry has appointed the following persons to the search committee for our new rector: William Cooper, Chairman; Cynthia Young; Lorraine Buell; Nathan Allen; Robert Moen; Clive Young; Marta Ranaldo; Susan Panzarella; Collette Sam-Boehm; Pamela Heywood; and Elizabeth Doran. We anticipate that their work will commence in earnest in January 2012. Pray for these folks as they commence this search.
Update on Our Search for a New Rector
Over the summer, we began accepting inquiries from candidates for the position of Rector at Ascension. All parishioners have received our Search Brochure and were also invited to pass it along to priests they know who might be interested in the position. The Search Committee met over the summer and fall to respond to all inquiries. Please speak to Bill Cooper if you have any questions about the process.
